I'm going to buy a pair of these in either 10 or 12 oz. I'm 6'1 and weigh 200lbs, I will be using them for bag and pads only. Can you recommend a size. Thanks

10-12 oz is for women and kids. You want the 16oz, especially if you are wrapping your hands also.
