The "science" behind these masks is bogus. They are going to get sued just like Reebok did for the claims they made for those "toning" sneakers, and those copper magnetic bracelets. No different than shocking your abs into shape. Just another scam. Train at a high altitude or get a hyperbaric chamber. Using these masks, or snorkels is no different than just putting a plastic bag over your head.

Tell you what then how about you buy us all hyperbaric chambers. I mean since you know everything you probably have loads of cash from your superior knowledge and all.

The thing is, he's right... this will do nothing but suffocate you and make you train with less intensity! There is absolutely no scientific evidence supporting these gimmicks (training mask.)

@Dennis Vasin, Not being a baby, but please explain why it benefits bike riders and couldn't do the same for us considering we share the same aspect of o2 capacity and usage?

Everyone is always looking for an edge. Also something known as the placebo effect, and not for nothing, the majority of bike riders blood dope because that works, and use hyperbolic chambers, and train in high altitudes. The fighters that sponsor Training Mask, etc, do so because they are PAID to. It would be a great tool if they worked, but they don't. It's another gimmick to take advantage of the popularity in MMA, and profit off casual fans/enthusiasts.

Anyone who buys these things, probably has a bunch of Xyience Nox CG3 still sitting in their cupboard.

I tried my buddies mask (after my bandana / snorkel days) and while it only has the one setting, it did a really good job of comfortably reducing my O2 intake and making me work harder for air. Just bought one of my own.

I tried to find reviews for this mask but all I could find was for masks for bike riding, hunting and agriculture that filter air and make it cleaner.
Perhaps that is useful for the stinky/dirty gyms!

Hey Aaron it says that my order has been declined because I was paying with a debit card. Am I only supposed to only use a credit card?

Apparently I tried to place an order on both debit and credit card and it says that my order has been declined saying:

This transaction has been declined. (Code:2)
PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying with a Debit Card, a hold for the order total will be placed on your card for each attempt to place an order.
