Measure around your hands below the knuckle. Typically all MMA glove sizes are roughly the same.

MMA Gloves:
Small = 6" - 7"
Regular/Medium = 7" - 8"
Large = 8" - 9"

XL = 9" - 10"

Use a cloth measuring tape and measure around the circumference of your knuckles. If you'll be wrapping your hands, measure with the wrapping done.
Small = 6" - 7"
Medium = 7" - 8"
Large = 8" - 9"
XL = 9" - 10"
