Great price, may I know a bit more about the defect? Understood they did not make the weight requirement, does this mean less padding and protection for the striker? I have been doing Muay Thai for just over a year, would like to know if there are any safety concerns using these pads. Thanks!
You will be fine for the most part. I purchased them a number of months ago, and they have held up well to good female strikers and average male strikers. I would imagine they are a little softer and weaker then the proper ones, but for the most part they have held up great.
