How can I put a product like this to use?
Under a loose-fitting rashguard or worn by itself, to help with pure striking or MMA sparring/training. If you're nursing an injury and don't want to stunt the recovery, if you've got a tendency to injure ribs in general, or if you want to prevent rib/chest injuries from body shots / body kicks / knees / push kicks. Especially for fight camps where you're trying to stay healthy and uninjured for your fight, but not at the risk of removing sparring from your routine... Plus a wee bit of compression for muscle support.
