Poor Customer Service from this website, sent me an item that did not match the description, now they are not responding to emails to correct the situation. Beware, you may get low price but quality of customer service is also low.

Sorry to hear you are having a bad experience, generally their customer service is excellent.I have only had to use it area times but my experience has always been good. I know this is frustrating to you and I wish you good luck. They only work normal business hours this can cause delays. Hope you get the correct product on fair terms.
Have you checked your Spam or Bulk folder for any e-mails? I've had responses from cs@mmahq.com go there a couple times.

The text at the lower back of the jacket is the deal breaker for me. otherwise it's a nice hoodie.
UPDATE: They are working with me and have come up with a very fair solution. I stand by my sentiment that they could/should have responded to certain emails more quickly. I respect and appreciate that it seems that some of you are loyal customers to them and that have had a good experience ordering from them.
