I would like to know on what grounds BeltFanDan can say this product DOESN'T work. Please enlighten me.
There is no scientific evidence (emphasis on scientific) substantiating the claims that Training Mask (mimicking hypoxic training) are making. In fact it may even decrease your overall fitness level because of the fact that restricting your breathing means your are actually breathing less, therefore you must reduce the intensity of your training. Anyways this forum is no place for a debate or whatever, just a word of caution that this won't get you in better shape or make you spar more rounds in the long run! So have realistic expectations when buying guys!

@Casey, your "challenge" would prove nothing. 10 minutes of me doing cardio under similar conditions as suffocating does not the alleged effectiveness of the mask. I think you are just trying to come off as an internet tough guy because someone has a dissimilar opinion and you might need to validate your toughness since you likely got conned into paying for a training mask. But for shits and giggles, I will accept. I am in New York.
