These ultra lightweight fight shorts are made of 100% high quality microfiber.$30
Got my Cobra punch mitts today. Bought them on here Monday, they are here in my hands Thursday. Awesome turn around time! Thanks MMAHQ! The quality on them is top notch. The loop for the strap is metal as apposed to the plastic hook on the r2c punch mitts. I am mega glad I opted for these.
Glad you like them!
Doh...I just realized I wrote "apposed" when I meant "opposed". Typing fail. Yup they are great Aaron. Thanks again!
Punchtown BXR MkII, please.
Love the photos of the hot chick, but tired of seeing these shorts... How about some fight dentist mouthguards and carrying case.... That would be awesome...
yeah we could also start eating egg whites and read eat pray love...
buy a pair. and they'd stop coming back on the site!
Good one 4:17 you should have your own HBO special....
Smart money wonders if people working for this website post this stuff anonymously sometimes I wonder???
Or maybe none of these posts including yours are from consumers. In fact, maybe this whole site is one person that has multiple personality disorder and truly believes it is other people speaking with each other, when in fact it is just one guy. That could be the case too...
^ I agree with 9:37 pm
venum line or hurricane would be great, but these shorts have been posted 7 or so times within the last several months! let's get some new inventory!
CAN WE PLEASE GET SOME MP LIME GREEN T-SHIRTS, PLEASE?
shut up with that shit already, ya dumb bitch
Agreed no one wants those FUCKING SHIRTS!!! MUTHAFUCKA GTFO!!! THIS SITE BIITTCCCHHH
These shorts are AWESOME for hiding cheeto stains! Just wipe 'em right down the thigh! Thanks Aaron!
Are these wrinkle free?
Yo aaron Im not going to buy these shorts unless I know these are gonna fit. Now, you can delete my comment again and guarntee I wont buy something, or you can actually let someone answer my question and get some money. Your choice. Now again: I wear a 32 in jean size, will the 33 be able to fit me or are they too large?
Most shorts run a bit small 1 size up should be fine unless your intending to drop weight
I'd say get the 33". In the future, you can email customer support for sizing issues. Sometimes comments on the page glitch out and don't appear for a few minutes after being posted, and I'm pretty sure your comment is still visible below about 32" and 33".
i have a pair of venum shorts. and i bought a size up. and they fit great. if you're just rolling in them for bjj and if u have a cup on for sparring. JUST MY TWO CENTS
well dont i feel like a giant dick. thanks for the input everyone I bought a pair. Sorry for bein a prick aaron
^haha you must have forgotten to refresh.
can we get some Hayabusa shin guards?
Or hayabusa anything?! Motorcycles? Head gear? gloves (any kind)? shorts? Anything? Shit, how about a bumper sticker?
lol
white hayabusa 16oz sparring gloves
continuing yesterdays conversation
the guy yesterday had no idea what he was talking about. Force does not = ma that is (net Force) which is force measured at different points of a given distance and averaged, and kinetic energy plays no role on the equation for force
i was trying to keep it simple and using Power as a common word for force. though there have been plenty of studies done with high tech eq. showing the results digitally and undeniably true. Here is a simple sample of a study we did for the Muhammed Ali Center here in Louisville.shows how it works (on paper)
Equations: (force)F=delta p(momentum) / delta t(time) (delta means change in) p= m(mass) x v(velocity) punch 1: m=3lbs ; v=150 fps ; t=0.13 sec p=3(150)=450ftlbs/sec. F=450ftlbs/0.13= 3462ft lbs punch 2: m=1lbs ; v=150 fps ; t=0.09 sec p=(150)=150ftlbs/sec. F= 150ftlbs/0.09= 1667 ft lbs
I used lbs for simplicity. so dont correct my units lol.
SUCK MY UNIT!!!
YOU KNOW THAT MAKES YOU JUST AS GAY 11:54
Drago generates over 2000 lbs. PSI. Whatever Ivan hits, he destroys.
F=ma is newton's second law of motion: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newton's_laws_of_motion Delta p is change in momentum. You are assuming that two objects will accelerate at the same rate (assuming your initial momentum is 0, given that initial v=0), which would be false assuming a fixed applied force. If the force you are assuming here is applied by the victim's face on the glove, then fine, but again, you are assuming that the velocity would be the same for two gloves of different mass. If the same person is accelerating either glove, then that person has a fixed amount of force that he/she can apply. Therefore, F would be constant in terms of accelerating the gloves, and a glove of lower mass would have higher acceleration, and thus higher final velocity. I didn't mention kinetic energy because it has anything to do with force, I mentioned it because change in kinetic energy is a useful way of examining collisions. Momentum in a collision is conserved whether the collision is elastic or inelastic, and so serves no purpose in examining the affect that the collision has on participating objects aside from the change in velocities (assuming fixed masses). Change in kinetic energy provides more information. In a perfectly elastic collision, kinetic energy is conserved, meaning that all of the energy applied to the struck object is applied to accelerating the object. In an inelastic collision, some kinetic energy is lost in the deformation of the objects.
Also, I am not claiming that heavier gloves don't cause more damage, but if they do, it is not by this mechanism. It could be that heavier gloves provide more protection to the striker's knuckles allowing them to hit harder without suffering. It could be that people who spar with heavier gloves train more with heavy gloves, increasing their strength, and thus increasing the force applied. My point is that the simple physics that you used do not provide a reasonable explanation as to why heavier gloves may cause more damage to the recipient of a hit than lighter gloves.
Quick correction, the equation (force)F=delta p(momentum) / delta t(time) is incorrect. It is in fact F=dp/dt, in other words, the derivative of momentum with respect to time. Knowing that p=mv, and that m is assumed to be constant in this case, we get F= m (dv/dt). The derivative of velocity with respect to time is acceleration, as a=dv/dt, so we end up F=ma. This is just another way of "wording" newton's second law, but can be useful in cases where mass and/or velocity are not constant, such as is the case for a rocket.
STFU!!!! All I need 2 know is how much force 2 shut ur damn mouth
More force than it took for me to make your girlfriend show me her "O" face last night. You know, that face that you've never seen.
Never seen these before today.
I lold
Love it!!! thx Aaron. Aaron, any chance of getting a good short sleeve rash guard.
Is there any chance we'll have a groin protector coming up anytime soon?
Im a 32 waist, should I get the 33 size?
Glad these are back, had to pass last time. Good job Aaron! -Sim
That one shot, where she's on his shoulders, would be improved if she were facing the other way.
Why? So you can checkout her flat ass?
Looks like lightbox isn't working on the site? Photos open in same window.
happened to me once also. Think the page has to finish loading first.
Thanks, a refresh did it.
Miller's look better with the Hayabusa logo on the bottoms... without it they look shit
you must wear eye shadow and mascara
A lot of the deals have been repeats lately. I'd pay $30 for good shorts -- especially Venum brand -- but not in orange.
Funny enough, the recent shorts were 'orange' and slightly different http://www.mmahq.com/Venum-NEO-Fight-Shorts-in-Orange-2011-05-24.html ...these have the black (or dark brown?) mixed in with the orange. mad weird of venum to make 2 almost identical pairs of shorts
Cause orange makes your skills worst?
Well.... They're shipping to Canada again lol
You mean Canadia
I've seen these shorts at least 3-4 times already c'mon MMAHQ
Same.
Go somewhere else, no one is forcing you to buy anything here.
12:42am go somewhere else with your comment.
you guys are always whining about the deals. If you had the money to be able to afford what you wanted you wouldnt be on this site fisihing for deals and crying all the time
Yessss, first!!!!!!!!!!!!
*Claps
Maybe you would have been if you hadn't spent all that time on the extra s's and exclamation points
???
